Offshore Marine Master is a custom plate alloy boat builder based in Caloundra West, Queensland. We build plate aluminium fishing boats and fitouts to suit each owner's layout and equipment requirements. Our Sunshine Coast workshop also handles alloy fabrication, boat repairs, marine painting and modifications.

Custom built boats and fitouts

We work with you on your boat layout and fitout, including built-in eskies, live bait tanks and storage. Compare our plate alloy boat range, or discuss modifications to an existing vessel. For a new build, bring examples of the cabin, deck space and equipment you prefer; our custom boat package guide explains what to include in your enquiry. The final design and equipment are confirmed for your individual build.

Alloy Boat Repairs

We also offer alloy boat repairs. Is your Tinnie leaking water? We can weld and repair your cracked, corroded hull as well as strengthen it with extra gussets and supports. Is your floor soft or sagging? Maybe you have cracked floor supports, let us repair and strengthen your cracked frames and supports. Whatever your concern, give us a call and see what we can do for you.


Painting

We offer marine painting for alloy and fibreglass boats, from repairs to complete repaints. Our boat paint process uses anti-corrosion etch primer, epoxy two-pack high build and a two-pack urethane enamel top coat. Contact us to discuss the preparation and finish for your boat.
